Mrs. Nancy Phillips, more generally known as "Aunty Phillips", died at her home in Green River last Sunday morning, after a brief illness with pneumonia. Mrs. Phillips was born in Baltimore, Md., in 1834, and came to Wyoming shortly after the civil war. She first lived at South Pass, then moved to Bryan and later moved to Green River, where she has since resided. The funeral services were held on Monday afternoon and were conducted by the Rev. A.C. Warner.
