Biography: Ron was a graduate of Alexandria-Monroe High School-Class of 1969. He retired from General Motors in 2009, having worked in Anderson and Marion after 40 years. He was a member of the Madison Christian Church in Frankton. He was an active participant in the St. Vincent-Mercy Pulmonary Support Group of Elwood. A farm boy at heart, Ron has been active and a long time supporter of the Madison County 4-H Association and activities. He enjoyed yard work and landscaping. Ron was a sports trivia buff and enjoyed sports of all kind, including Purdue athletics, football, basketball, hockey and racing. Ron was the #1 fan of his grandchildren and their athletics.
