She was married to Sir Robert Francis St. Claire Erskine, the 10th Earl of Rosslyn. She was the second daughter of Henry Fitzroy and widow of the Hon. Charles Maynard, in 1866.
A handsome monument to their memory, Countess St. Clair Erskine, died at the age of 94. The carved red sandstone by W. Birnie Rhind can be seen there.

Died at York Terrace, Regent's Park, London.
