Steven R. Hanssen, 23, of 1915 NW 32nd Ter. died in Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami Thursday from burns received in an accident Tuesday.
He was the son of Thomas R. Hanssen, general manager of Radio Station WDVH. He was born in Lexington, Mo., and moved here with his parents 14 years ago from Bainbridge, Ga. He was an insurance salesman here.
In addition to both his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Thomas and John of Gainesville and William, who is in the Army; a sister, Lindia of Gainesville and his grandparents.
