German Nobility. Born the ninth child of Leopold von Anhalt-Dessau and his wife Anna Luise Föhse. In 1739 she married Heinrich Friedrich von Brandenburg-Schwedt. The marriage was unhappy to begin with, and after the birth of their second daughter they separated.
