Frances was born in Indianapolis on June 21, 1921 to Martin Christian and Daisy Mae (Parnell) Kritsch. She then met the love of her life, Robert William Dietrich Sr. whom she married on October 4, 1942 and they settled in Speedway.
Frances was a member of the Eastern Star and a leader with her children’s Girl Scout groups. When she was not caring for her family, you would find Frances reading, gardening, bowling, doing crossword puzzles, or playing bridge. She will be remembered for her quick wit, great sense of humor, and unfailing love and acceptance of her family.
She dedicated her life to her family which included her children Donna K. Curtis (Glenn), Nancy J. Vermillion (Russell), Robert W. Dietrich Jr. (Suzie), and the late Cynthia A. Wisniewski; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
