Born Aug. 16, 1900, in Vienna, Ill., to Andrew J. and Laura B. Bobo Ramay, she died Sept. 26, 2003, at Clarita. She married Earl D. Woods on Oct. 18, 1930 in Coalgate. He preceded her in death. She was preceded in death by a son, Earl W. Woods, and a grandson.
She attended school in Clarita. She worked with her husband on their dairy farm for many years. She had lived in Coal County for more than 75 years. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include her daughter, Earldene "Jerri" Thompson, Clarita; four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; six step-grandchildren.
Bearers are Mike Thompson, Jeff Woods, Marcus Woods, Logan Woods, Chris Woods and Allen Stonecipher.
Visitaion is 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. today.
Services are under the direction of Clark Funeral Home.
