Bev was born in Holland to Richard and Bessie (Vandenberg) Ross and attended Holland Public Schools. She and Jim did a lot of traveling following his retirement. Bev will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Bev was preceded in death by a daughter, Deb and a son, Earl in 1970.
Surviving is her husband, James of 65 years; son, Scott and Connie Fairbanks; 2 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter, Matthew and Tori Fairbanks (Braylee) and Kimberly Fairbanks; brother-in-law, Dave Fairbanks; nephews, nieces, and cousin.
Funeral services will be 11 am Saturday at the Dykstra Funeral Home-Northwood Chapel, 295 Douglas Avenue, with Rev. Larry Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery. Visitation will be 10-10:45 prior to the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
