Thelma May Stanley passed away on July 18, 2016. She is survived by her children: Molly Hicks of Hanover, PA, Nettie Drown of Rehoboth, DE, Sandra Dillon of Port Deposit, MD, Samuel Stanley of Elkton, MD, Tessie Burkins of Elkton, MD, 22 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; sisters Edith Chas and Marie Gonce, both of Middletown, DE.
She was proceeded in death by husband, Manuel Stanley Jr., and son, Manuel Stanley lll.
Services will be held on July 21 from 6-8 p.m. at McCrery & Harra Funeral Home, 3710 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington, DE. Burial will be Friday, July 22, 11 a.m. at Silverbrook Cemetery, 3300 Lancaster Ave., Wilmington, DE 19806.
