Caroline/ dau. of/ Oliver & Elizabeth/ Clemens/ died April 28, 1855/ aged 1 yr. 8 ms. 26 ds./ Dearest baby thou hast left us/ Here thy loss we deeply feel/ But til God that has bereft us/ He can all our sorrows heal/ Yet again we hope to meet thee/ when the day of life is fled/ then in heaven with joy to greet thee/ Ware [sic] no farewell tear is shed/
