Arthur "Jack" Borders, 69, of Paducah died at 11 a.m. Saturday at Western Baptist Hospital.
Mr. Borders was a retired toll booth operator for the Kentucky Highway Department. He was a member of Oaklawn Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sisters, Margaret Emerson of Paducah and Rosie "Agnes" Ray of Hickory.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Jones Borders. His parents were Shelby and Gracie Burnett Borders.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Collier Funeral Home in Benton. The Rev. Thomas Williams will officiate, with burial in Riley Cemetery.
