Burial was in Crowville Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home.
Mrs. Walters died Wednesday in Richland Nursing Home at Delhi after a lengthy illness.
A member of the Methodist church, Mrs. Walters had resided in Franklin Parish 75 years.
Survivors include three sons, Joe Walters of Winnsboro, Percy Eugene Walters Jr. of Monroe and Elbert D. Walters of Fort Worth, Tex.; two daughters, Mrs. Louise Wright of Winnsboro and Mrs. Ruby Bradley of Delhi; two brothers, Roy Donnell of Little Rock, Ark. and Victor Donnell of Corpus Christi, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Ona King of Winnsboro and Mrs. Lula Simmons of Crowville; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
