She died at AE 90 years. Dauther to Elphege and Rose (Goulet) Daigle. Graduated from St. Jerome High School and in 1937 from Mercy Hospital School of Nursing. She was a registered nurs and worked for the Chicopee Visiting Nurse Asso. and Mount Holyoke College Infirmary. She was married to Paul E. Brochu who died in 1993. She leaves a son, Francis P. Brochu and his wife Nancy of Toland CT, two Grandsons, Michael Brochu of Colchester, CT and Todd Brochu of Hilsboro, OR, three sisters, Madelin Demers of Easthampton, Marie Thompson of Melbourne, Fl and Alice Hanlon of Monterey, Ma. Funeral held from the Barry J Farrell Funeral Home in Holyoke, Ma. Burial will be at St. Rose de Lima Cemetery in Aldenville section of Chicopee. She was a long time resident of Granby, Ma.
