Mass of Christian Burial for Andrew Ramsay Mollison, 89, of 515 Union St., Niles, will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Saint Mary Catholic Church, Niles, by the Rev. Canon Marian M. Kencik and the Rev. Stanley Witek.

Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Niles.

Mollison passed away at 3:30 a.m. on Monday at Lakeland Medical Center, Niles, following a brief illness.

He was born on March 5, 2011 in Forfar, Scotland to Frank and Mary (Ramsay) Mollison. Mollison came to the United States from Glasgow, Scotland in 1923. In January 1945, he moved here from Detroit to practice law until he retired in 1976.

On June 15, 1935, he married Eva Blatz in Detroit, who survives.

He is also survived by his three sons, Andrew R. (Charlene Jones[sic]) Mollison of Washington, D.C., James J. (Germaine Banacki) and Thomas R. (Patricia Kintz) Mollison, all of Niles; daughter, Mary J. Mollison, C.S.A. of
