Royalty. Also known as Konradin. He was the only son of Konrad IV and Elisabeth of Bavaria. Defeated by Charles of Anjou at Tagliacozzo he was imprisoned and sentenced to death. He was beheaded at Piazza del Mercato and hastily buried on the beach of Naples. His mother had his remains later transferred to this church.
