Bio
2024: A blanket apology to anyone whom I've deluged with edit requests, particularly those connected with Hope (Indiana) Moravian Cemetery. The 50th anniversary of the Yellow Trail Museum is coming in 2025, and for my part, I'm trying to get the earliest families documented and linked on FG. There is still much work to do, just sorting the "choirs" on God's Acre.
************
I'm a Bartholomew Co. Indiana native, a founding member of the local genealogical society, and an avid researcher, both my own lineage as well as maintaining a large database of southern Indiana family information. Always happy to share and do look-ups when I can help.
If you have corrections, obits or biographical information, or links to parents and spouses, use the edit tab on the memorial, and I'll get them in shortly. I check daily!
Any photos I've added are meant to be freely shared. I try very hard to get good, readable marker images: get up close, shoot when the sun's at best angle, clear the grass, brush and moss away. Whenever I go "grave-yarding," I carry a bucketful of tools, brushes & a pump sprayer of water--water ONLY--no chemicals, no abrasives, but LOTS of water.
