Frozza Orseolo (1015 - 17 February 1071) was the third royal consort of Austria.

Frozza was a daughter of Otto Orseolo, Doge of Venice, and the granddaughter of Pietro II Orseolo. Her brother was Peter, King of Hungary.

She was the second wife of Adalbert von Babenberg, Markgraf der Ostmark (Margrave of Austria)(c. 985 – 26 May 1055), and later took the name of Adelheid.

They had a son, Ernst, who would succeed his father as Margrave of Austria.
