Lady Charlotte Maria Waldegrave (1761–1808) was the daughter of British statesman James Waldegrave, 2nd Earl Waldegrave KG PC FRS (4 March 1715 – 13 April 1763) and his wife Maria Walpole (10 July 1736 – 22 August 1807).
Her paternal grandparents were James Waldegrave, 1st Earl Waldegrave KG PC (1684 – 11 April 1741)and his wife Mary Webb (a daughter of Sir John Webb, 3rd Baronet; she died in childbirth in 1719). Her maternal grandparents were Sir Edward Walpole, KB PC (Ire) (1706 – 12 January 1784) and his mistress, Dorothy Clement (c. 1715 - c. 1739).
On 16 November 1784 at Navestock, Essex, she married George Henry FitzRoy, 4th Duke of Grafton, KG (14 January 1760 – 28 September 1844); a British peer and Whig politician, he was styled Earl of Euston until 1811. All succeeding Dukes of Grafton are descended from this marriage.
The couple had eleven chidren:
