Japanese royal family, Army soldier, and President of the Japanese Red Cross. 16th prince of Prince Kuniie, Fushiminomiya. The rank is Marshal Army general.

He would be the 6th head in charge of the Kaninnomiya that has no successor. Active as a royal soldier from 1900 until just before the end of World War II. He is the last person who made the last state funeral under the Constitution of the Great Japanese Empire.

In addition, he was a royal member at the same time as the House of Peers was founded and served for 54 years and six months until his death, but this is the longest record of service including not only the House of Peers but also House of Representatives.
