OBITUARY
C.S. Frazier was born in Indiana, June 29, 1837. Came with his parents to Iowa when one year of age, and located near Salem. He was the son of Francis and Eunice Frazier. Out of a family of seven children there is only one sister who survives him, that is Mrs. John Marshal, of Farmington.
He was united in marriage to Eunice A. Mills, Aug. 8, 1857. To this union were born seven children, five of whom survive him, two having died in infancy; L.F. Frazier, of Decatur Co., Iowa; Mrs. Ida Parker, of Denova; W.A. Frazier, at home; Mrs Ella Nichols, of Hillsboro; Mrs. Rosa Wood, of Denova.
His funeral was held Tuesday, March 20, at 10 o'clock at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Ida Parker, conducted by Rev. Jonathan Lee, after which he was laid to rest in the Cedar cemetery.
