THE HAVENSVILLE REVIEW 23 SEPT 1920

Mary F. Smith was born in Morrow co, Ohio, July 11, 1840 and departed this life September 15, 1920 aged 80 years, 2 months and 4 days.
Was united in marriage to Maybury G. Farlee July 17, 1856 unto this union were born five children: Mrs. A. E. Proctor of St. Marys, Kans., Willis L. Farlee of Havensville, Mrs. Vernie B. Olson of Valiejo, California, J. B. Farlee of Topeka, Kans, and Pearl L. who died in infancy.
All the children were present at the funeral except Mrs. Olson. Her companion died August 8, 1891.
On September 27, 1894 she was united in marriage to Alfred Richardson who departed this life November 6, 1917.
She became a Christian early in life, uniting with the M. E. church. She was one of the charter members of this church and was a regular attendance to all church services.
She was a devoted wife and kind mother, loved and was beloved in return by her children. For some time back her mind and body on account of her age had been gradually failing and on Wednesday very early in the morning, her spirit winged its flight to that great beyond.
