He died at 12:19 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 28, 1988, at the Humana Hospital University in Louisville. He was of the Baptist faith. He served in the United States Army during World War II. He is survived by one son, DeWayne Minor, Louisville; three grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Jeffie Helm, Elkhorn; several other relatives and many friends. The funeral was at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 31, at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home by Bro. Martin Henderson. Burial was in Tallow Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers were Fred Malone, Willard Malone, Marshall Wayne Malone, Paul Malone, David Malone and Billy Malone.
