We regret to announce the death of Lady Charlotte Fitzroy, eldest daughter of Augustus Henry, third Duke of Grafton, by his second marriage with Elizabeth, daughter of the Rev. Sir Richard Wrottesley and Lady Mary Leveson Gower. Her ladyship was born May 14, 1771, and was consequently in her 87th year. The deceased lady had survived her brother, the late Admiral Lord William Fitzroy, a few weeks. By the demise of her ladyship the families of the Duke and Duchess of Grafton, Lord and Lady Churchill, Lady Isabella St. John, Sir Charles FitzRoy, Lady Elizabeth Smyth, Lady lsabella Blachford, are placed in mourning.
