OBITUARY: Woodward, Ok Newspaper Rebecca Emiline Handley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Handley, merchants at Catesby, Okla. She was born in Sullivan County, Missouri March 12th, 1888. Died June 28, 1921 age 33 years 3 months
and 16 days. She came to Oklahoma with her parents when she was only 14 years of age. In 1907 was united in marriage to Mr. Albert Underwood. She was converted 13 years ago and at the time of here death was a loyal member of the
Baptist Church at Hunter, Oklahoma, where she lived. The body was brought to Woodward and funeral services were conducted in the Baptist Church by Rev. L. A. Bolerjack, pastor of the Nazarene Church. The body was laid to rest in the
Elmwood Cemetery. She was a kind and loving wife and mother. A host of friends join with the husband, six children, Susie Mae, Samuel Wreath Stewart,Mary Imogene, Irene Agness, Joe, Leota, & Thurman; father, mother, six sisters and 3 brothers in the great loss which they are called to go through. One son, Henry A passed before her.
