Died at 5:15 a.m. Tuesday, April 5, 1977, at Senior Village Nursing Home, Opelousas. She was 92, a native and resident of Opelousas. Body to be at Lafond Ardoin Funeral Home, Sunset Highway, Opelousas. Religious services at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, Opelousas, Father Wilfred Sylvester officiating. Burial in Bellevue Memorial Park, Opelousas.
Survived by one son Shelton LaFleur, Opelousas; five daughters, Mrs. Wilfred (Olivia) Sylvester, Opelousas, Mrs. James (Ethel) Perry, Opelousas, Mrs. B. H. (Edna) Delery, New Orleans, Mrs. Charles (Lillie) Antonia, Breaux Bridge and Mrs. Ross F. (Mildred) Poret, Baton Rouge; one half-brother, Jules Sebastien, Plaisance; one sister, Mrs. Remi Vidrine, Plaisance; three half-sisters, Mrs. Ferdinand Vidrine, Plaisance, Mrs. Shirley Vidrine, Plaisance, Mrs. Letecia Ardoin, Ville Platte. 28 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
